Duties : teach English to teenagers and adults to basic, intermediate , upper intermediate and advanced levels, prepare classes , coordinate a team of 10 teachers and help them with any problems and doubts they might have regarding teaching, preparing classes , dealing with students , etc, as well as prepare and present lectures and workshops , elicit debates and discussions about all aspects of the teaching-learning process among the group not only to achieve professional development but also to motivate teachers to fulfil students needs in order to deliver a high standard service to our demanding clients .
